Unless you have P&H on 3-4 monks, it is pretty.. not good. Using it to cancel 1 energy degen is far from what an elite should be capable of. You're better off with an elite that will compliment your teams as a bonder - example: Aura of Faith.

Any way you slice it, P&H still only gives you 1 energy every 3 seconds.

^ Actually it does mean something, it means you're LBS certified, which is why it says LBS certified.

You should max out strength because with 16 strength you'll always get 16 armor penetration with every swing.
